Please note: all our macrame rental items are hired for a 72-hour period, which alleviates the pressure of returning them the following day.

Pickup is available from our Hunua studio, alternatively pickup and delivery can be arranged for a fee. POA

FAQ's

How long does shipping take?

All orders are shipped out within 1 - 2 business days via nzpost. Expected delivery time is 3 - 4 days. Rural delivery can sometimes add +1 - 2 days depending on where you are located.

Where is your macrame produced?

All of our macrame are either handmade in house or imported from Bali. These are handmade by a very talented Indonesian man. We love being able to support a local family through the purchase of stunning macrame

Where abouts are you located?

We are located in Hunua, Auckland for any local pickups

How long can I hire the macrame for?

Leave the stress behind and enjoy your special occasion knowing you have 3 days to use our hired items.

What happens if the hired macrame gets dirty?

Please dont try to clean the macrame, we can do that. We expect the odd dirt mark when hiring our backdrops out. There maybe dry cleaning fees if the macrame becomes excessively dirty.

Do you deliver your backdrops outside of Auckland?

Yes, we can deliver to anywhere if required. A delivery fee will apply @ $1 per km return. Please send me through a message to arrange this prior to booking

Do you ship your backdrops around NZ?

Yes, we can ship nz wide. please send us through a message to get a quote prior to booking.

Do our macrame come with a arch?

No, however you can hire one separately.
